Groenten: celderij, knoflook, ui, prei en algen.
Kruiden: bieslook, basilicum, marjoraan, petercelie, rozemarijn en thijm.

Guérande's locale - from Breton Gwen Ran, "white land"- was the source of it all. Salt gave it its name, and salt was born of sun and ocean.  Then came man. For over a thousand years, men have used such basic elements in their environment as clay, seawater, sun and wind, and shaped Guérande's salt marshes for salt production. While the Co-op's salt producing methods reflect a thousand year-old tradition, modern means are also at its disposal State-of-the-art quality control guarantees consumers the highest standards.
